After I had my babies, I sometimes found it hard to realise the immeasurably amazing thing I had just done: grown, nourished, carried and birthed humans. That’s pretty damn incredible if you ask me.
I created this list for anyone needing the reminder of their strength and courage and for others to send to their friends who may be struggling just like I did.
I also created this list for birth and pregnancy workers and photographers to help with content and text for their businesses, instagram captions and for finding a quote that really resonates with their morals and values.
